In this course, students will acquire fundamental knowledge and skills for 2D
drafting (AutoCAD - Computer-Aided Design), 3D modelling (SketchUp), and
rendering of the model. During the first half of the semester, the students will
master the art of drawing a floor plan with all its elements, using basic commands in AutoCAD. As the semester progresses, they will delve into the captivating world of 3D modelling tools in SketchUp, where they will learn to bring their floor plans to life using online rendering software. With this powerful design software’s, students will unleash their creativity, producing and showcasing precise models of domestic-scale buildings and structures.
